Multilayer PET Preforms
StockPlus offers the following range of multilayer preforms. All of these can be produced in a variety of colours:

Typical multilayer PET opportunities include the following:
- Carbonated beverages : multilayer extends the shelf life of PET bottles by a factor of between 2 and 3 by reducing the rate at which gas escapes through the surface of the bottle.
- Beer/malt-based beverages : the barrier layer helps prevent oxygen ingress, as well as helping with CO2 retention. Practical shelf life of 6 months or more can be obtained with multilayer bottles.
- Dairy products : Barrier to light and oxygen.
- Fruit juice : Barrier to oxygen ingress.
Monolayer PET Preforms
StockPlus offers the following range of monolayer preforms. All of these can be produced in a variety of colours:
